THE PREPARATION FOR ‘RETSYKLING OTKHODOV’® (Waste recykling)
THE CONFERENCE IN RUSSIAN CITY SOCHI IS ON THE FINAL STAGE
September 21st marks the deadline for the acception of applications for participation in the 2nd International Conference ‘Retsykling Otkhodov’(Waste Recycling) The Conference will be held on October 1-2, 2009 in the town of Sochi as part of the business program of the ECOS 2009 - CLEAN TOWN of SOCHI exhibition. The place of the Conference is the «Moskva» Hotel convention hall.
The conference is organized by the All-Russia magazine ‘Retsykling Otkhodov’® with the assistance of the Russian Association for Waste Recycling (AWR) formed on June 25 this year. It is expected that attending the Conferece will be the representatives of the OLYMPSTROY State Corporation, the Russian Technical Supervisory Authority (Rostekhnadzor) and the Administration of the city of Sochi. The opening ceremony and the sessions will also be attended by the president of the Russian Association for Waste Recycling (AWR)
Mr. Malkov, the member of the Moscow Region Duma Mr. Priymak and the AWR Board members.
The topics for discussion include: «Development and organization of effective municipal systems for waste management», «Solid waste sorting plants on turn-key basis», « Landfills: research, design, construction, operation and reclamation», « Equipment for the recycling of municipal, construction and industrial waste», «Technologies and equipment for the collection, storage, recycling, decontamination, removal and destruction of medical, biological and veterinary waste», «Legislative support of the waste management activities».
Addressing the audience will be the managing director of SC «Presona» Mr. Bengtsson and the director of the Russian office of the Swedish company PRESONA Mr. Krylov who will deliver a report «On an effective system of municipal solid waste recycling». The chief of the department of imported equipment at the CSC «Company KIL-M» Mr. Pushin will present hi-tech equipment for the pulverization and decontamination of medical wastes of classes «B» and «V». The business development manager Mr. Hueskens and business development engineer Mr. Klueting from TiTeсh GmbH (Germany) will make a presentation: “Automated sorting of municipal solid waste”.
Reports will also be delivered by the managers and specialists from companies Metso Lindemann, BRT Recycling Technology GmbH (Germany), “ SK HYDROKOR”, LLC “Salem Ehitus Russland”. The general director of LLC “Chisty Gorod” Mr. Kosaurov will speak on the practical experience of his company operation in the town of Ivanovo and the Ivanovo Region as well as on the company plans for the future. Another report will be made by the chairman of the non-governmental organization “ Public ecological council of the town of Sochi” and chairman of the Public ecological council under the mayor of Sochi Mr. Ostapchuk.
On October 2 a round-table discussion will be held around the topic: “Legislative and practical aspects of the implementation in Russia of effective waste management systems at the level of municipalities”. The moderators of the round-table discussion will be the director of the Center of ecological audit and consulting at LLC “Ravnopraviye” Mrs. Sokolova and the chief editor of the All-Russian magazine “Retsykling Otkhodov” Mrs. Tsutskareva.
The main goal of the round-table discussion is through a direct dialog between the representatives of business and different level authorities to work out recommendations for the improvement of the federal and regional legislations in order to create favorable conditions for the development of the waste recycling industry and man- and environment-friendly systems of waste management in the regions.
Participating in the Conference will be the managers and specialists from the industry organizations such as LLC “Persey” (Sochi), LLC “Polymerholding”, LLC “PSM-Alpha” (Moscow), CSC “Saint Petersburg Ecological Company”, OSC “Baltenergo Fond” (St. Petersburg), LLC “Tuapsevtorma” (Tuapse), LLC “Eco” (Rostov region), LLC “ Transportation Company ECOTRANS” (Belgorod), BELLMER KUFFERATH Maschinery GmbH (Germany), STRABAG AG (Austria) and others.
Also the Conference will be attended by the managers and specialists from the Administration of Municipality Seversky District from village Severskaya of the Krasnodar Territory; the Administration of Rostov-on-the Don, the MUE “Housing and public utilities complex of the Predgorny District” from the Predgorny municipal district of the Stavropol Territory; the MUE “Spetsavtokhozyaistvo” (Taganrog); the NO “ Public ecological council of the town of Sochi” and others.
The deadline for sending in your applications for participation in the ‘Retsykling Otkhodov’ international conference in Sochi is September 21, 2009.
The 3rd international conference ‘Retsykling Otkhodov’will be held in Saint Petersburg on March 17 - 19, 2010 on the territory of the LENEXPO complex as part of the business program of the X-th International Forum “ECOLOGY of A BIG CITY”.
